Welcome to a new blog which focuses on breaking the cycle of deep-set beliefs which keeps us in the grips of social anxiety. Join me in a journey to break this cycle. As someone who struggles with social anxiety and as a counsellor-in-training, I hope to offer some unique insight from both the helper and the "helpee" perspective (if that is even a word ;) ).
